OMNIKA Foundation formed
On June 16, 2019, The OMNIKA Foundation was incorporated as a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the social purpose of organizing the world's mythological contents and making them freely available online.
Living up to our social mission
When OMNIKA was first launched, our about page listed four core principles related to serving all of humanity with our digital library. To more adequately live up to that commitment, we decided to incorporate the project as a standalone nonprofit entity, calling it the OMNIKA Foundation. We believe that by hosting our work under that structure, it will help remind us to stay focused on who we are serving. Additionally, such an honor will help us stay accountable for the contents that are published. We look forward to recruiting individuals who are interested in the project to help advise us.
Finally, the OMNIKA Foundation intends to file the required forms in order to be recognized as a 501(c)(3) entity, according to the Internal Revenue Service of the United States of America.
